How To Play Omaha High/Low
Omaha High/Low is similar to Omaha High and they have the same betting structure.
Except that:
- In Omaha, the player with the best high hand wins all the pot money.
- In Omaha High/Low, the player with the best high hand wins half of the pot money;
and player with the best low hand wins the other half of the pot money.
For a five card hand to qualify for low, it can not include any card higher than 8 or
contains any pairs. Aces can be used for both high and low hand. When comparing low hands, the winner is the hand with the lowest low cards, e.g, a hand of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 is better than Ace, 2, 3, 4, 8. The best possible low hand is Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5.
